About Nawzer Kerawala
Founder & President
For close to 22 years, Nawzer Kerawala has been committed to bringing new and innovative thinking to the public relations field. Nawzer launched Synergy Public Relations in 1995, on the core principles of out of the Box solution thought, innovation and creativity, understanding that the ever changing communications dynamic would demand new approaches to public relations.
His early work with research convinced him that research based public relations will redefine the way communication has happened, be it television advertising 50 years before, or digital medium used today. Nawzer understood that digital would make "earned media" more powerful than ever, as third party endorsement earned through any medium, is the influencer of choice, across the world.
New and Old media mixed with technology will enable faster communication that will reach millions of people, and that public relations clients would soon be creating, producing and distributing their content and programming to the audiences they wanted to reach. These forward thinking principles have served Synergy PR ‘s Clients to anticipate the changes and has helped in putting forward a robust communications strategy.

Our organisation structure
President is the founder member of the firm and is available for strategic advice on client's request. He is also the Managing Head at the Corporate Office and oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm.
Senior Group Client Servicing Heads are drawn from diverse backgrounds, with expertise and proven track records.
Our talent pool of Client servicing executives comprises copy writers, marketing analysts and management graduates from various industries and fields like advertising, journalism, literature and, of course, PR. They are picked for their aptitude in their relevant areas of expertise.
